Crisis Intervention

This Crisis Intervention webinar aims to improve the outcomes of individuals who want to better manage crisis and conflict while reducing the likelihood of physical aggression and violence using de-escalating interpersonal strategies and techniques. Participants will learn how to recognize the signs of escalating behaviour, how to respond appropriately during episodes of crisis, and how to protect everyone involved from risks of injury.
