After COVID, we are in a time where our broad-based organizations are faced with the challenge of needing to be reorganized and rebuilt.  This workshop will be led by Senior Leaders from the IAF, including Joe Rubio, the co-director of the IAF–West South West (the broader community organizing network we are a part of). These organizers bring decades of experience organizing and re-organizing broad-based organizations – bringing renewal to the organizations that make them up.
