10 Days. 10 Steps. One Big Decision

The October 19 referendum is almost here, and these final 10 days matter!

Over the past few months, our Vote for the Common Good campaign has brought people and communities together through three phases: Connect. Educate. Act.

Following our September 16 Get Out the Vote (GOTV) Assembly, we're now entering the final stretch.

Starting October 10, we're launching 10 Days, 10 Steps, One Big Decision — a countdown combining community conversations, practical actions, and social media challenges to encourage every eligible Albertan to vote and help shape a future for the common good.

Step One: Start 10 Conversations!

To help you get started, we've created a simple Get Out the Vote Worksheet.

Use it to track your conversations with 10 people, note who plans to vote, identify anyone who needs voting information or assistance, and plan your follow-ups.

You can print it or make your own digital copy. You can also find the tracking table on Google Sheets here.

More Resources to Help You

Our Communications Toolkit is still available, with educational materials, social media graphics, and other resources you can use and share.

We'll continue adding new materials throughout the final 10 days, so check back regularly!

Faith Leaders Speak Out on the Referendum

In recent days, statements and letters from faith leaders across Alberta have brought important perspectives to the public conversation about the referendum.

Faith leaders from different religious communities have encouraged Albertans to consider the importance of human dignity, welcoming newcomers, protecting vulnerable people, and caring for one another.

Their messages remind us that this referendum is also about the kind of community and society we want to build together.
